VISITING MADAME TUSSAUDS

Which is the nearest tube station?

The nearest tube station is Baker Street. You can get to Baker Street by Jubilee, Bakerloo, Metropolitan, Circle and Hammersmith and City lines.

How long can I expect to queue to get into Madame Tussauds?

The queue for Madame Tussauds during off peak season should take approximately one hour. However, please note that queues can take up to 2 hours during the high season. If you wish to skip the queues you can book your fast track tickets either on our website or by calling 0870 400 3000.

Can I take my baby buggy (pushchair) to Madame Tussauds?

Families with young children are advised that baby buggies are not allowed in Madame Tussauds. Therefore you will be advised to leave your buggy at our left luggage section and use one of our baby carriers (suitable only for babies between 0 and 9 months). Please note that a £5 refundable deposit will be required.

Can I take large bags or luggage to Madame Tussauds?

Large bags are not permitted at Madame Tussauds. A left luggage facility is available at the main entrance for small pieces of hand luggage and baby buggies (subject to security checks). The left luggage service is complimentary for Madame Tussauds guests.

Can I take any animals or pets to Madame Tussauds?

No animals or pets are permitted into Madame Tussauds. However, we do permit seeing eye dogs, guide dogs and hearing eye dogs.

Can I eat or drink at Madame Tussauds?

No, eating and drinking are not permitted at Madame Tussauds, apart from the Costa café, which is located in dedicated areas of the attraction.

How long does a visit to Madame Tussauds last?

A normal visit to Madame Tussauds and the London Planetarium takes approximately 2 and a half hours.

Can I take a camera to Madame Tussauds?

Cameras are allowed in all areas of Madame Tussauds apart form the Spirit of London ride, Chamber of Horrors and the London Planetarium. If you are a camera crew and you require to film in our premises please contact our press office for further information (0207 487 0200).

Where is the nearest car park?

The nearest car park is the car park on Chiltern Street (0207 486 4509), which is located off Marylebone Road and just 5 minutes from Madame Tussauds.

PAYMENTS

What credit cards do you take as payment?

On our web site and our credit card booking line 0870 400 3000 we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch and Delta. Please note that we do not accept Solo or Electron.

Can I pay be cheque?

We do accept company cheques made payable to "Tussauds Group Ltd" if you purchase your tickets on arrival. UK school cheques are also accepted for advanced bookings only.

Do you accept the Euro?

We accept the Euro (notes only) within admissions if purchasing a ticket and the gift shop.

Do you accept US Dollars?

We accept US Dollars traveller's cheques within admissions if purchasing a ticket.

I regularly bring groups to Madame Tussauds, do you offer any further discounts?

If you regularly bring groups to Madame Tussauds, why not enquire about our trade account facilities and additional benefits. GIFT VOUCHERS

Can I purchase gift vouchers?

Gift Tickets are available for Madame Tussauds which are valid for a year on 0870 400 3000. Gift Tickets make an ideal present!

Our annual pass can also be a great gift. An annual pass can be purchased by calling 0870 400 3000 or by booking online.

SPECIAL NEEDS GUESTS

What service do you offer to special needs guests?

We welcome special needs guests. If you are a wheelchair user please make sure that you book in advance by calling 0870 400 3000 as only a limited amount of wheelchairs (3) is allowed in the attraction per allocated time slots.

Is the whole attraction accessible to wheelchairs?

Yes, the attraction is fully accessible apart from the Spirit of London Ride.
